Protein shakes are great for recovery

I love my protein shakes! They are very nutritious, low in calories and high in vegetarian protein. I've written copiously on the benefits of a protein shake for athletes.

I'll have to try those protein shake mixes. I think my whey protein has finally started hurting my belly. I used to be really allergic to dairy - then while pregnant was not. Now its back! Thanks for the info!!!
