What's new in Redlands...hum, Rachel ran the Redlands Triathlon and her results are here. 5km time is holding steady at 22:36... We need to restart our original plan of intervals on Mondays, tempo runs on Wednesdays and Fridays. Jen is recovering from pneumonia and Teresa sprained her knee in soccer practice. This week we should be back on track with our MWF 6AM runs. Next event??

On the home front, my oldest son, age 4, decided to jump off our bed the other day into the square post. We spent 8 hours getting him stitched up.
